In 2007, “Zhejiang Wynca Momentive Organosilicon Co., Ltd.” got established.
On April 9, the company held the cooperation (joint venture) contract-signing ceremony with US Apollo Momentive Hi-tech Material Group (formerly known as GE Hi-tech Material Group) at Shangri-La Hotel Hangzhou. The two parties will investment to establish a joint venture with the annual capacity of 100,000 ton organosilicon monomers and the registered capital in US 40 million dollar of which Wynca Chemicals will contribute the capital in US 20.4 million dollar covering 51% of the total registered capital. Leaders including Mayor Sun Zhonghuan and Vice-mayor Shen Jian from Hangzhou Municipal Government, Vice-Chairman from Zhejiang Province CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultative Committee), President Xu Guanju from Transfer Group, President Wang Wei and General Manager Ji Chengjian from Wynca Group together with the Global CEO Wen Kaiwei, the Asia-Pacific CEO Hu Mingji and China Area CEO Duan Xiaoying from Momentive Hi-tech Material Group were present.
On July 11, “Zhejiang Wynca Momentive Organosilicon Co., Ltd.” that was jointly invested by the company and US Apollo Momentive Hi-tech Material Group got established.
In 2007, the company’s “WYNCA and graphics” trademark was approved as “China Famous Brand”.
On September 14, the company’s “WYNCA and graphics” trademark was approved as “China Famous Brand” among the 197 China famous brands designated by State General Industry & Commerce Administration in 2007 and was issued on China brand website. |
