Aba Prefecture Xilong Industrial Silicon Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000. It is a company specializing in industrial silicon smelting, of which the technological level ranks top places in China. The company possesses two branch factories of Shuimo and Taoguan. It is equipped with two 9000KTA submerged arc furnaces and one 6300KTA and 5000KTA submerged arc furnace respectively. Annual production capacity reaches 20000 tons with main products being the chemical industrial silicon branded by “Xilong”. The industrial silicon branded by “Xilong” has been certified by Sichuan Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision and Sichuan Bureau of  Import-Export Commodity Inspection and Quarantine, conforming to requirements of national standard. It has been awarded as “provincial well known brand” of Sichuan Bureau of Industry and Commerce. It is also the deputy chief company of Silicon Branch of China Nonferrous Metal Association. In 2007, it was honored as “trustworthy enterprise of prefecture level” and “enterprise with outstanding contribution” by Aba Bureau of Industry and Commerce.
