Taixing Xing'an Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. It's located by the bank of Yangzi River among delightful sceneries - No. 12, Shugang Road, Taixing Economic Development Zone. The company was founded in Aug. of 2005 and received its business license on Mar. 2 of 2006, with an area of 33000m2, a fixed assets of CNY60,000,000 and registered capital of CNY23,000,000. The company adopts flat-styled management, with three departments, two offices, two production processes and an auxiliary process. We've got 108 staffs currently and 20 engineering technicians.
    The company mainly produces two inorganic products including phosphorus trichloride and phosphorus oxychloride, both of which are virulent chemicals and chemicals controlled in category 3 as well. The two products are both controlled by DCS control system. When the production began in Apr. 2007, the company had possessed the China Industry Products Production License, Safety Production License, Pollution Discharge License and Special Production License for Controlled Chemicals.
